Returns & Exchanges
At Rainbow, we want you to love your fashion finds; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to be eligible for processing.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Rainbow account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return ID.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure shipping bag, ensuring the packing slip is included inside to help us identify your order.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, making sure to cover any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt; you will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
